Het Koetshuis is an ideal mix of comfort, luxury and warm family atmosphere. Your tastefully decorated room is comparable to a five-star hotel in terms of luxury and comfort, yet exudes the familiar warmth and cosiness of a bed and breakfast.
Immediately on arrival you will begin to feel at home. Rooms are located behind the proprietor’s family home, but you can be assured of privacy as each room has its own entrance. The communal conservatory, where breakfast is served, and the garden with lounge chairs and terrace offer plenty of opportunities to meet your host family and your fellow guests.

Breakfast
Breakfast is luxurious and abundant, and is served at your table in the conservatory by the hostess. Breakfast includes coffee or tea, freshly-squeezed orange juice, fruit cocktail, eggs, home-baked rolls and croissants, muffins, shakes and countless items to enjoy with your fresh bread. With all of this plus the view over the spacious garden and rolling wooded hills, it’s hard to imagine a better start to the day.
Free use of bicycles
Just to make sure that you don’t miss a single bit of this fairy-tale landscape, Het Koetshuis provides complementary use of bicycles, some equipped with children’s seats.
Children’s items
Child beds can be provided on request (see rates); high chairs are provided free of charge in your room. Because the host family also has children, there are plenty of toys available in and around Het Koetshuis.
Bath towels and accessories
Each room is supplied with two soft bathrobes, and fresh towels are provided daily.
Mini-bar
In the conservatory there is a mini-bar from which the hostess can provide you with a wide selection of drinks. You may choose to take these to your room or to enjoy them in the conservatory or in the garden.
Internet
Het Koetshuis has a computer with internet access which can be used free of charge.
Garden and terrace
The large garden with terrace chairs and day beds offers every opportunity to relax and enjoy the healthy forest air. You can enjoy the view of the wooded hills of Schoorl while partaking of a refreshing drink or a complementary cup of coffee
Conservatory
The conservatory, flooded with sunlight, is not only a pleasant place to have breakfast: you can also settle down to enjoy a cup of coffee or perhaps just to sit and read. This is Het Koetshuis’ communal space.
